Home of the 3-Hour Focus Clean
Pick the rooms that matter. Flat $150. Same crew every time. One cleaner, three focused hours, and you decide exactly where they go — no square-footage quote, no in-home estimate.
What the Focus Clean is
The Focus Clean is the simplest house cleaning we offer, and it's the one we built our name around. One cleaner comes to your home for three hours and spends that entire block on the three or four areas you tell us matter most. That's it. A flat $150, every time.
Most cleaning is priced on the whole house — square footage, bedroom count, bathroom count — whether or not the whole house actually needs it. The Focus Clean flips that. You don't pay for rooms you don't need touched. You point us at the kitchen and two bathrooms, or the master suite and the living room, and that's where the three hours go.
It's a deliberately honest offer: a fixed price, a fixed amount of time, and you in control of where it lands.
Who it's for
We see two kinds of homes book the Focus Clean again and again, and they want the same thing from opposite directions.
Busy families
Two incomes, kids, a weekend that fills itself. You don't need a top-to-bottom clean — you need the kitchen and bathrooms handled so the house feels under control again. Three focused hours, a price you can plan around, no estimate appointment to schedule first.
Residents on a fixed budget
A lot of our clients in Sun City, Sun City West, and the active-adult communities around Surprise are retirees who want regular help without an open-ended invoice. The Focus Clean is a known number. $150, or less on a recurring schedule. It doesn't move because your home is a little bigger or because someone decided it needed "extras."
What it costs
The price is flat, and it gets lower if you set it on a regular schedule with the same cleaner:
- One-time: $150 flat.
- Monthly: $135 per visit (10% off).
- Bi-weekly: $127.50 per visit (15% off).
- Weekly: $120 per visit (20% off).
That's the whole price. No square-footage surcharge, no per-room add-on, no trip fee. The recurring rates are what turn the Focus Clean from a one-off into a predictable line in the monthly budget — and recurring clients keep the same crew every visit, so your cleaner already knows your home and your priorities.
How it works
Tell us your priorities
When you book, you list the three or four areas you want handled — in order. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, a specific room. Whatever's bothering you most goes at the top.
One cleaner, three hours
Your cleaner arrives with all supplies and works your list top to bottom for the full three hours. They start with your number-one priority and keep going down the list.
Flat $150 — or your recurring rate
The price is set before they arrive. Pay the flat rate for a one-time clean, or your discounted rate if you've set it on a schedule.
Keep it going (optional)
Like the result? Put it on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule and lock in the lower per-visit price with the same cleaner each time.
What it isn't
We'd rather be straight with you than oversell it. The Focus Clean is not a whole-home deep clean — three hours is focused time, not exhaustive time. If your whole house needs detailed work, inside-the-oven and baseboards-and-vents, that's a deep clean and it costs more because it's more work. If you're moving and need an empty home turned over to handover-ready, that's a move-out clean. The Focus Clean is the right call when you know which rooms need attention and you want them done well at a price you can see in advance.

Questions about the Focus Clean
Frequently asked
What is the 3-Hour Focus Clean?
It's a flat-rate house cleaning: one cleaner, three focused hours, $150. Instead of cleaning the whole house lightly, your cleaner spends the full three hours on the three or four areas you choose — so the rooms that matter most actually get done well.
Is the $150 really flat?
Yes. One cleaner, three hours, $150 — regardless of your home's square footage or how many rooms you pick. There's no in-home estimate and no square-footage quote. The only thing you choose is where the three hours go.
How is this different from a standard or deep clean?
A standard clean covers the whole home at a normal pace. A deep clean covers the whole home in detail and costs more. The Focus Clean is neither — it's a fixed block of time aimed at your priorities. It's the right choice when you don't need the whole house done, just the parts that are bothering you, at a price you know up front.
Can I book the Focus Clean on a recurring schedule?
Yes. The Focus Clean is $150 one-time, and drops to $135 monthly, $127.50 bi-weekly, or $120 weekly — same cleaner each visit. The recurring rate is what makes it a predictable line in the budget instead of a one-off.
How many areas can I pick?
Three or four works best for a three-hour visit. You can list more, but your cleaner works your top priorities first, so put the most important rooms at the top.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. If you'd rather we use your own products for sensitivities or specific surfaces, just note it when you book.
