A family-owned cleaning company, built on a personal standard.
Spotless House Cleaning was started in Surprise, Arizona by Jack Graham — and runs today out of the same community Jack and his family call home.
Why Spotless exists
Jack's in-laws live a few miles from Spotless's home base in Surprise. Both are disabled. Over the years, Jack watched a string of cleaning companies come through their home — companies that quoted one price and charged another, that sent a different person every visit, that did the bare minimum and called it a job.
It's not a unique story. It's the standard experience for a lot of households in the West Valley, especially older homeowners and anyone who can't easily push back on a fly-by-night operator.
Spotless was started to be the opposite of that. A cleaning company where the price is the price. Where the same vetted crew shows up every recurring visit. Where the work is done the way you'd want it done in your own home — because the people doing it treat your home like one.
That's it. That's the whole reason.
Meet Jack
Jack grew up in Riverside, California, and came to Arizona to play college athletics at Ottawa University in Surprise. After college he stayed — coaching college football, building a digital marketing company, and eventually putting down roots with his wife and their two daughters.
He brings a coach's standards to Spotless: show up on time, do the work right, hold the crew accountable, and don't make excuses. Football culture isn't a metaphor for him — it's how he runs the business.
Three things he won't compromise on:
Honesty. The price you see in the instant quote tool is the price you pay. No upsell at the door. No surprise fees on the invoice.
Transparency. You'll know who's coming, when they're coming, and what they're cleaning before they arrive.
Commitment. If something's not right, we make it right. That's the deal.
A family-run operation
Jack runs Spotless with his wife. The two of them set the standard. The cleaners on the crew are local, individually vetted, individually insured, and trained to the same standard Jack would apply in his own home.
The team is small on purpose. Spotless isn't trying to be the biggest cleaning company in the West Valley — it's trying to be the one you'd actually recommend to your in-laws.
